talent night 2010

WARNING: THIS POST MAY BE TOO LONG AND HOT! LOL

whoa,this sem more happening lo....other than piling assignments and tests
so many things happened:
toastmasters
30 hour famine (pics will be on facebook after 16 sept)
talent night(also after 16 sept)

lets focus on talent night
a night where sth like america's got talent happened
truth be told, wasnt so keen on going BUT after i heard my friends decided to audition and got in,i made a 180degrees about turn.hahahah =p

so went with kenson wilson erwin jokhoo liwen jarrod sze wei marsha hann and joanne phoon
bumped into li lian sarah as well
venue was okay,the lighting sucked!
seriously la,why cant the organisers think about us photographers?
i personally think the spotlights were shit and should be just thrown away,they spoil pictures u know!

anyway,joyce from the dance group mosher performed as well as wei lin and jowee from the all-girl band something about now. they did a very good job! =D

mosher was energetic and fun to watch while the band did a interesting yet powerful take to the song 'it ends tonight' and 'i'm not ready to make nice'

the others were pretty good too,notably 1 dude who use some program and sing along,pretty cool stuff....
however, 1 or 2 were mediocre

on another note, even prof anthony guo is there =p
who says that engineering cant fun too?haha

another sem comes and goes

sem 1 2010 finally goes

i shall rmb it for the awesome events such ask cf events, birthdays and trips =D
not to mention the world cup,which is right smack in exam period =p
btw,congrats to spain =)

i also wanna forget this sem for the accidents and depressions that befell my family

however,these 'bad luck' happened for a reason and praise God, He turned all the shit events and turned it in to good
accidents made me to be more careful
depressions showed God's power to turn a hopeless situation into a great testimony =D

then of course,CF camp*woohoo*
learnt alot from ps richard =)
made awesome friends as well bonding with existing ones =D

anyway,sem 1 is gone bring on sem 2 2010 ! =)

life after sem 1 2010

finally had the urge to update this place.haha
i dumped for like 4 months?

anyway,time to recollect what happened in 1st half of 2010

3rd year started,was quite interesting but not for certain stuff,esp accidents =(
then of course birthdays.hahah,kinda fun when u celebrate birthdays
i like the way the gang surprised me for my 21st birthday =D
and love it or hate it,exams.......

now its the holidays,where we finally get a deserved break,esp for chemical students 3rd year =)
so had been pigging and sleeping alot
with makan sessions and karaoke =p

but then,end of sem also means that the people u are with may leave u,mostly to other countries studying......

just had a farewell gathering,will update on it later.

this holidays is no exception, ppl like andrew lin,pey wen ,carmen, melanie from cf and ben and joshua from the gang......all leaving =s

i miss all of u =(
